I guess it comes down to my inabilty to be patriotic or a nationalist, that is to lump yourself in with people you haven’t met, which is just dumb. Anyway, I hate Braveheart, it’s about as historically accurate as a creationists handbook.
This week saw the release of the Manifestos. Labour’s front cover looks like a communist paint by numbers, while the front cover of the Conservative Manifesto looks like a childrens book from a George Orwell novel…
So you can’t be a Christian and be against homosexuality, it’s a new rule that came in since the Pope was proven to be a sinner who looked the other way when he knew this was going on… Now find something else to moan about…
The Guardian newspaper here in the UK is today reporting of possible legal action by Facebook against the Daily Mail after the trashy rag claimed that “within seconds” of young girls setting up a profile, Internet paedophiles would be clambering to flash their collective peni at the unfortunate young lady who just wants to throw imaginary sheep at her friends or play on a fake farm for no reason other than it’s cool, apparently.

The Queen delivered her speech at the State Opening of Parliament last week, the speech is to outline the Parliaments agenda for the coming year and highlight the Governments main policies. It is an excuse to let it appear that the Queen is still relevant, and also for the extraneous old men who run the country to dress up like Santa Claus.

Labour and Conservative have no noticable differences any more, once they did, but now those lines have faded. They even look the same now. Tony Blair, whose political alliances were bought by the highest bidder (he led Labour to victory, despite being a staunch Conservative), is probably to blame for the blurred lines. Along with everything else he is guilty of.
