I began this article in high spirits, having just returned from a holiday in Holland where I spent the majority of my time in coffee shops sampling the best coffee Amsterdam has to offer. I don’t know how much you know about Amsterdam, and Holland in general, but the coffee is amazing, and there are lots of different blends to try.

The beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains complete the dreamy landscape.

Software patents are killing innovation

March 4, 2010 by maschwar · Leave a Comment

After hearing about the latest software patent disputes, I have increasingly become disgusted with the notion of being able to patent a piece of software. Patents were really designed to protect true innovations where a unique, original work has been created, not to be used to “sue for profit.

“This is a momentous occasion. A group of senior-level federal officials has never before come to Puerto Rico to listen to the Puerto Rican people in their home – to listen to the concerns of the people here, to listen to what is important to them, and to listen to suggestions they have for the federal government.”

What can you possibly do with a tower of Jenga blocks, a candy dish of leftover valentine sugar hearts, a squirt youth hockey player, a pulled back muscle and boredom?  You can have a great big laugh!  Here’s how my son took a boring afternoon and pulled off some entertainment  and put his pulled muscle [...]

Bunning at it again Blocks Unemployment Extension | Is Senator Bunning actually a leftover “Cold War Sleeper”?

Washington – In a single handed move backed by GOP party members, Senator Bunning has sent the economy into a tail spin.
As I recall, this was a tactic that was constantly attempted to be put into play by “Cold War” sleeper agents. Is the Senator actually a “Sleeper” or is he simply senile?

Disturbing, Breaking News: Young Men Like Naked Women.
