Taliban Keeps Good on Their Threat Murdering at Least 20 More Civilians in Pakistan

Islamabad, Pakistan (Sept 7) – As Pakistan’s government struggles to deal with the nation’s worse flooding in centuries, the Taliban announced their intentions on expanding their killing spree on civilians as well as, government agencies.

Today was no exception, the terrorist group known as the Taliban with ties to al Qaeda sent another suicide bomber into a residential area murdering at least 20 civilians. The suicide bomber targeted a police station in Kohat, a very residential area with malice and forethought of murdering innocent Pakistanis.

Houses surrounding the complex collapsed into rubble, the blast large enough to destroy the intended target and more. Once again, the followers of radical Islam have violated their own Quran and murdered innocent victims caught up in a war of good versus evil.

According to police investigators on the scene, the car was packed with at least 300 kilograms of explosives, crashed into the gates of the complex as innocent victims were breaking their dawn-to-dusk fast during Ramadan, bringing down several houses, and damaging many more within the blast radius.

Officials are expecting the death toll to reach at least 50 as scores of other innocent civilians were seriously injured in this murderous attack.

Prime Minister Yusuf Gilani denounced the terrorist attack by simply stating, “[sic]… this is the most heinous crime against innocent civilians,” adding “While the nation is passing through difficult times due to devastating floods, these coward criminals have killed innocent Muslims when they were breaking their fast in their homes.”

This brings to 120 deaths caused by the terrorist group the Taliban, against the citizens of Pakistan since last week.
