Congress May “Deem” Senate Health Care Reform Bill Approved

Washington (Mar 16) – As republicans line up to object to the Speakers approach,  as she has stated the  consideration to “deem” the Senate Health Care Reform Bill approved, the GOP is issuing statements referring to this tactic as a “sleight of hand” or “Disgrace” by the Democrats. The GOP once again, sounds an “All Hands Call” to help raise their Hypocrisy Flag High, as the GOP has utilized this tactic numerous times in the 90’s.

It would appear that the Speaker may have actually “torn a page” from the GOP playbook for which, the GOP seems very unhappy.

Currently on the House floor arguments are being heard, regarding both the bill and the use of this procedure that the GOP so chose to implement many times in the 90’s. These arguments lack any direct meaning, substance, and are blatantly nothing more than another attack set forth to obstruct a better life for America’s citizens.

This bill still lacking the “Public Option” does not sit well with many, on both sides of the aisle however; once the full text has been reviewed many pros to this bill are obviously in place to help the many, not simply the few. This certainly is a change in legislation, a positive change in legislation coming from a Congressional body that over the previous eight years, created bills written in pencil, spending money on extremely questionable issues, leaving the taxpayers, the American workers left to pay a huge bill while affording tax break after tax breaks for the wealthy.

The bill, H.R. 3590 has plenty to offer:

No Lifetime or Annual Limits, In General – A group health plan and a health insurance issuer offering group or individual health insurance coverage may not establish, as well as setting Per Beneficiary Limits- Subsection (a) shall not be construed to prevent a group health plan or health insurance coverage that is not required to provide essential health benefits under section 1302(b) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act from placing annual or lifetime per beneficiary limits on specific covered benefits to the extent that such limits are otherwise permitted under Federal or State law.

Extension of Dependent Coverage, Uniform Explanation of Coverage and standardize those Definitions are outstanding measures of this bill. As many Americans have learned over the  last eight years, when either by choice or with no other alternative than to, utilize temporary job agencies to simply generate income realize, that time after time, changing of contract offices simply meant that they must in most cases switch Health Care programs to provide for themselves and/or their families. This has been forcing millions of American families to cycle through this current bureaucracy, with high premiums, really limited coverage every time a “contract” has ended.

H.R.3590 would seem to eliminate those “brick walls” in Health Care Insurance that a large group of American families have been facing for nearly ten years. With eight years of extremely misguided fiscal management behind us, and a current Congressional body in the majority which in fact, is attempting to provide support and aid to America’s Workforce, the republicans can do nothing more than, stand in the way of progress.

The Republican Party is doing nothing other than obstructing the American workforce. Simply put, are turning their backs on the American Workforce by supporting their wealthy party members and supporters, for their own personal gain, are choosing once again to support large Insurance companies they enjoy listing as major party donators.

Although, the “Public Option” is no longer in consideration it is intuitively obvious this bill once again, attempts to provide assistance to the American Workforce yet another provision for same, that the Republican party simply refuses to support.

Well said, the GOP has done nothing more than create and leave behind s deficit that will not, nor cannot be paid for over then next 5 generations of American workers. I say this because we all know that, the wealthy hardly participate in their fair share of adding to the countries coffers, and will fund any republicans campaign to ensure that they will never be required to put up with the struggles of this now, fragile nation

@Scott W – I agree with you. The “problem” is there is this whole level of “Republicans” as poor as church mice, but still willing to go along with “the party line.”

It’s more than high time people truly started thinking for themselves. Add to the fact, that while “they” (the rich) hold and pull the strings, there ARE a lot more of us then them.

WE just have to get organized LOL!
