The latest incentive to destroy what's left.

Conservative party leader David Cameron has announced that if we vote him into office he will return the favour by giving power to the petition.  If this actually happens then it will take 100,000 names to guarantee a debate in the House of Commons, and one million names will lead to a vote by MPs in Commons.  The UK Independent Party have backed this policy claiming that they will take advantage by gathering a million names and pull the UK out of Europe.

If Cameron stands by this then it will give a lot of power to the people, which is why I don’t think it will happen…  But in this case I would love to be proved wrong.  The main reason I doubt the chance this policy has for survival is the same reason I have for dismissing anything that comes from the mouth of David Cameron, I just don’t trust him.  I feel the same way about David Cameron as I do about old strippers, with all the choice on which one to waste your money on, why pick the depressing, blatantly desperate one?

Please Vote for me... I'll give you this puppy. Free puppies for everyone.

Naturally there will be people who try to push their own bigoted, racist petitions through, for example,  get rid of all non whites, or non Brits…  Whatever they are.  281,882 people want to ban the construction of a “mega-mosque”, as if where others pray has anything to do with any of those names on the petition.

A facility has been available online to create petitions since it was introduced by Tony Blair, which is funny because I think I might start one to have Tony Blair tarred, feathered and put on public display where we can throw whatever we want at him.  The policy seems like a good idea on paper, but I don’t think it will be, only because it is still not us voting.  If David Cameron, or Gordon Brown wish to introduce anything it should be direct democracy, or pure democracy, which gives citizens who wish to participate the chance to really make a change.  After many years of clueless, greedy, upper class shills running Britain and nothing but debt and poverty and blood to show for it,  giving the people the power can’t be that much of a risk…  Things can’t get much worse.

Of course there are good and bad points of offering such responsibility to the people, it would offer people like Nick Griffin the chance to implement his final solution, but on the flipside it would offer those of us who are not intolerant, racist halfwits the chance to fill a rocket with all members of the British National Party and blast them into space, I’m sure they will be more comfortable in outer space, and they can inter-breed all they want, creating a pure race of pale imbeciles called the Griffins, or maybe the unwanted…  That has a good ring to it.

Now that this policy has been made public the Labour party could, and probably should steal it and continue their ascent, which is largely thanks to the main members all crying on TV this week, I wish I was joking.  Of all the tears shed from the Labour party this week the most ludicrous has to be Alistair Campbell crying over the Iraq war…  On one side I like to see scumbags break down, but the other side is the fact that he was probably faking because that is what he does, mislead the public and lie through his teeth.  Although I doubt he was joking when he referred to Blair as an “honourable man”, if someone made me loads of money the way these two have for each other, then I would get a tattoo on my forehead expressing my fondness for said person.  His statement basically solidifies just how full of it Campbell really is. Tony Blair has no honour.

Regardless, this seems to be just another attempt at giving a jaded public what they want, which is Camerons whole game plan; which should be enough to seal the victory for the Tories, but Cameron is just too infuriating; everything from his face to the way he addresses the public absolutely annoys me, he could offer me a million pounds to write one aspect of his personality that I though wasn’t annoying, and I couldn’t…  Even if I really wanted to.

This is absolutely tortourous for me! I believe in true democracy (not the rubbish that is implemented here and elsewhere) and on paper the idea of having more people power and a more direct influence and say in what goes on should be good…however…your right, we are such a disillusioned people and this means that choices probably wouldnt be made in the best interests of everyone. Nick Griffin is an excellent example of this. Its why I don’t believe in the death penalty…when people are so bitter and angry (as we are now) we make rash decisions and then have regrets. Instead of intising us with power he should be backing a change for the electoral system and reforming his party as a promise for what he will do when in power…that I could nearly respect. It worries me that I would rather live almost anywhere than here right now, and things are set to get worse….

P.S I love puppies especially Jack Russel puppies but even one wrapped in abow with a cute little hat and its own amazingly cute little talking voice would not and could not make me vote tory…and for anyone that knows me thats a big deal…btw does anyone else thing the poor puppy looks terrified for its life…he may as well be saying vote for me or i will kill the puppy!!
